kindness

random acts
woven into day's tapestry
stranger, now friend
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
door held wide
you turn with a smile
i pass through
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
stumble & fall
red-faced, books embarrassed sprawl
your hand reaches out
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~cold hands
accept steaming cup of tea
heart warmed
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
kind eyes
meet across crowded room
forgiven
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
weary trudge
porch-front beckon of friend
sit a spell~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
kindness of strangers
in unsuspecting moments
desert oasis
All so lovely and inviting dear friend. Acts of thoughtfulness can make our day and someone eles's too.
I wouldn't be able to choose which one speaks to me the most. Wonderful - photos and haiku.
Ah, the red-faced sprawl speaks to me! When we most need a friend, we find one! Such miracles. Thank you for naming them.
Kindness is found in so many places. I enjoyed each of these. My hands and heart have been warmed by many a cup of tea. So true.
Nicely done. I think I like the door held wide the best... I felt like the words invited me through. Cool.
I like all. Like the says, moments..kind moments. Transient yet leave a mark!
Can it get any worse than this?
My favorite's the first one. I just love the line - woven into day's tapestry. All nicely written.
