every little sign
lengthening days
changing light
new birdsong
on the wind
trickle of green
amidst brown,
scarcity revels
in simplicity;
turning spring

This poem captures the feeling outside here this morning. I found myself walking around like a little kid, watching the streams form under the ice and having a grand time. I like the light atmosphere of this piece. God bless!
