You are right, travelling offers so much more. That's why they are going.
But here in The Netherlands children have to get education, even when they are abroad.
In order for them to keep up with the exams with other young people their age they have to find a means to educate them properly.
Homeschooling is not allowed in our country, only under very special circumstances, so it's better to have learning centre or school reports.
